4. Candidate Obligations
As a candidate, you agree to:
- Provide truthful information about your experience and qualifications
- Inform PWP of any changes in your availability
- Attend interviews and assignments as agreed
- Comply with client companies' rules and policies
- Maintain confidentiality of client companies' information
- Not directly solicit PWP clients for employment for a period of 12 months
5. Free Services for Candidates
Registration and use of our staffing services are completely free for candidates. We do not charge any fees to job seekers.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the PWP website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images and software, is the property of PRO WAY Placement and is protected by intellectual property laws.
7. Limitation of Liability
PWP acts as an intermediary between candidates and employers. As such:
- We do not guarantee employment
- We are not responsible for client companies' actions
- We do not guarantee the duration or conditions of placements
- Our liability is limited to the staffing services we provide
8. Termination
You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting us. PWP reserves the right to terminate your access to services in case of:
- Violation of these terms
- False statements
- Inappropriate or unprofessional behavior
- Repeated failure to attend assignments or interviews
9. Changes to Terms
PWP reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication on the site.
10. Applicable Law
These terms of use are governed by the laws of the Province of Quebec and applicable federal laws of Canada.
